Watchseries; I gave this a random watch after looking for uk comedies like Shameless and it's very similar. Rarely has a show made me laugh on every single episode, the writing is tight and the characters wonderfully created. Bring on season 3!

Brassic watchseries. Love this, a glimpse into the life of struggling families finding way to make money.
The acting is first class and the realusam of life comes true.
Doesn't seem to bother most people, but: Guy Ritchie, you need some dough, every court in the UK would find for you. In-be-fricking-lievable...
It seems that CBC has chosen to import yet another British bit of "comedy" trash. I freely admit that I only watched half of the first episode before deleting it from my viewing stream so there is a tiny, but finite, chance that it gets better down the road.
If you were a fan of "Trailer Park Boys" you'll probably like this. On the other hand, if you think a comedy should consist of something other than a group of apparently brainless loser criminals running around like headless chickens and shouting obscenities, then look elsewhere. That's what I'm doing.
Set in the north a dysfunctional family, a bunch of unemployed no hopers who are constantly looking for ways to make money from selling drugs, nicking cars and even pony rustling. Throw in lots swearing, sex and drink//drug abuse sound familiar? You pretty much have a carbon copy of Shameless. The camerawork and editing maybe a bit slicker and the soundtrack more retro and it does have some genuinely funny moments but it lacks Paul Abbots razor sharp script and more believable characters. 6/10
I'm not a big fan of a series like this, but for once I can say that I really enjoyed myself with this BRASSIC. An incredible series, completely disguised, beautifully interpreted, fills many incredible dialogues that make you laugh and think, Serious and Tonic at the same time. A great relaxing time, and we all need it. I can say that this series has literally distressed me in every episode and it's rare enough to underline it.
