Watchseries; I mean, what are the negative reviewers looking for? Great story with a twist of political overtones. Great acting. A little bit of Homeland mixed in. Well paced episodes. Great cast to carry this all out. Nice action sequences to go along with all of this. It seems real to life. Ripped right from the front pages of a newspaper. I'm not too familiar with this group of actors but I leave each episode extremely impressed with their output.

Shaky cam? Must not have been included with my Apple+ subscription. Watch this series. You will love it. I'm three episodes in and have loved each equally. A+

Echo 3 watchseries. Two elite soldiers forced to collaborate. I still miss Strike Back, so I had hoped for some well choreographed action.

The wooden acting I can live with. The wobbly camera sucks, but okay. The stupid choices the lead characters make... well, it's starting to hurt. The strange military theater that does not look at all real confuses me.

I don't know what this is. It doesn't cater to me (I'm just here for the action) so maybe for the drama people out there? Look what happened to Seal Team - it also turned into a drama, so maybe it's me that's wrong.

It might be a good show for you! Check it out.

First the positives - it looks great, it's shot beautifully. Evans (especially) and Huisman are excellent. The big action set pieces are terrifically staged, tense and compelling.

The negatives - the character of Amber is fundamentally unsympathetic and basically irritating from the start, which is a problem when the whole point of the show is that these people love her so much to go to war to get her back.

Also there is no need for 10 episodes- this feels like - a 4-6 part series stretches out to 10.

Fundamentally flawed but just about worth it for the action set pieces and Luke Evans was a standout throughout.

This series is quite misleading the audience, which explains the bad reviews. At first the series looks like a normal CIA story about soldiers, personal issues soldiers and their loved ones have, and a specific incident which requires action. But the story turns out to be far more than that, in fact it is a bold criticism of the role the CIA is playing in international conflicts. Many bad reviews are complaining that the persons in this series are just not likeable. Well, they are exactly as likeable as the authors of this series wanted them to be. People who want to know exactly who the good & the bad guys are will be disappointed in Echo 3, this is more multilayered than that. The action scenes are on point, the gun fights are awesome, camera & picture are tasteful and beautiful, and the music is brilliant. The actors become quite likeable also. Are we the good ones? Not easy to answer, like in the real world. Top notch CIA action series for demanding TV watchers.

I've been looking forward to Echo 3 ever since I saw the first trailer. It's from the same people who created The Hurt Locker and Zero Dark Thirty and I enjoyed both of those movies. It has the same look and feel of those movies so if you've seen and liked them you will enjoy this too. The standout here is definitely the underrated Luke Evans who plays Bambi and along with his brother-in-law Michael are both special forces. When Bambi's sister/Michael's wife gets kidnapped in Venezuela, the two of them get sick of waiting for the government and go and try to save her themselves. There is plenty of action, drama and suspense to keep everyone satisfied and entertained.

Pretty good action thriller drama, great performance from both lead actors that I loved, Luke Evans & Michiel Huisman !

Bambi (played by Luke Evans) is the brother to the women who got kidnapped, and the women"s husband, Prince (played by Michiel Huisman) . They both on the rescue kind of missions.

The more you watched , the more interesting it became.

Wedding scenes in the pilot episodes are pretty long , might just skip it.. If you loves Jack Ryan, Jack Reacher, Terminal List kinda genre, then you will enjoy this also.

Every episodes so far got actions stuff & some intense scenes. I love this kind of show I hope there's more.
