Watchseries; Firstly, McDermott is the WRONG guy for the role. Storyline is all over the place.... as is Stabler. Appears the creators are more interested in checking off their "woke" checklist than create a good story arc. They should have titled this episode,"Disappointing."

Law and Order: Organized Crime watchseries. Trying to give ep2 a chance after really not liking ep1 and...I can't even. It plays like some student film Godfather parody. Yall enjoy. I'm out. It's too bad. I was hoping for so much more. Frankly, I was looking for something to replace SVU which has been on the fast track to nowhere for years now. I really wanted to love this. Oh well.

Another formulaic cop drama, where the lead is out to avenge the death of a family member or a friend. And they insist on being part of the investigation even though no one in their right mind would allow it, except writers of TV drama.
All the dialog sounds the same, angry New Yorkers yelling at each other. The "old time cop" vs the "new diverse cop" and the battle goes on and on. I don't think there are any new ideas or dialog in writers rooms, they just copy from old scripts. Plus this is dark and depressing.
I turned it on because I like Chris Meloni, but I'm not going to waste my time.
Beware the rave reviews.

I guess I'm in the minority here. Had a challenging time trying to follow the plot line. Stabler's series will not fare as well as Benson's SVU because he doesn't have the interesting and charasmatic cast members and co-law enforcement people as Benson has. Did enjoy seeing the ferris wheel in Coney Island, though, as I used to ride it when I was a kid.

Great to see Stabler back. Totally enjoyed this first episode, it lived up to the hype. Will definitely be watching.

Love, love, love. Die hard L&O will probably not like the newer approach (new in a sense that it differs from L&O). But I love how this built on the current police show aesthetics and it's finding its own style. Being inclusive will always get a few folks mad, but THIS is a great direction. I hope the continue to be bold and give Stabler a solid team. Lol.
