Watchseries; First of all the premise is to fall in love sight unseen so why cast only beautiful people? They are all attractive, needy, damaged, emotional, wrecks. If there is a season 2, how about casting REAL people with a little bit of emotional and mental maturity?

Love Is Blind watchseries. So the show is about not seeing each other and start talking and dating from across the wall. The concept seems like good to me. But then the whole thing is you dont need to think about looks when you know the other person is definitely going to be pretty and will have a sexy voice.
But still just watch for drama and stupidity. Could be fun.

With a few more twists than "married at first sight", this netflix offering does ok showing couples meeting, getting engaged and then married.
the first third of the 1st season episodes have 8 singles moving into a dorm-like studio, with two rows of pods down the middle. they meet each other through these pods, only without the ability to see what the other person looks like. most of us would think this is too little to go on, but, the first 5 couples to get engaged meet in person and are then whisked off to a resort in mexico so they can get to know each other a bit more. this part also reveals the big issue i had in mind - what if more than one person likes a contestant and those people end up in different couples? might those feelings get carried over?
the 2nd part takes place at the resort (and one couple immediately leaves after he reveals a big secret) and allows a few cracks to show in the "experiment".
lastly, the couples (who are all from atlanta) move into apartments in the same complex for 3 weeks before their weddings. they meet skeptical family and friends and plan their wedding.
my favorite couple, barnett and amber, are probably the prettiest - he looks like a missing jonas brother).
cons - annoying music soundtrack

Love is Blind is entertaining trash reality TV with an "experiment". The producers have brought together a bunch of eligible singles to find out if people can fall in love with each other and form the basis of a happy marriage without ever seeing each others' physical appearance. To that end, the singles live in a dorm and do round robin dating in a "pod" where they can speak to each other through an opaque window that does not allow them to see what the other person looks like. The singles identify the people that they are interested in pursuing and continue to meet until hopefully they have formed enough of a relationship to propose marriage. The marriage is on a time-table; for singles making the connection, the wedding is exactly forty days from the day that they first meet. The show traces the proposals and the subsequent engagement period to see how they fare.
Love is Blind is definitely binge-worthy and surprisingly compelling. Without tripping the spoiler alert I can say that it was surprising to me how many of the singles found their way to a marriage proposal in such a short time (some under a week) and on such a flimsy basis. There was a fair amount of soap opera drama including dating triangles, miscommunications, personal insecurities, and real romance. Once some of the singles were engaged they were allowed finally to see each other and take a vacation on a Mexican resort, and it was actually quite interesting to see the effects of this shift on their relationships.
This said, thoughout the series there was a large sense that much of what was going on was either scripted or at least strongly encouraged. The situations often seemed to have a tinge of unreality, and the wedding sequences seemed like a bunch of manufactured drama. Be prepared with this series to be entertained, but edified not at all.

Attractive people. Too bad they're all shallow. Watch it if you want to see gorgeous men and women pretending to have deep thoughts and genuine emotions. I'm quite sure many of the people are acting or else their reactions are contrived for the camera.
Do yourself a favour and save your time - skip this boring fakery.

Married at 1st sight- has more marriages staying together- let's talk to them in a year. the Bachelor and the others, I never watch.
Netflix you can fast forward.
Now this one, all the women have "perfect" figures, thin and big breasts - how many boob jobs
the man are fairly attractive- mostly tall, one short but average.height. OK faces. nice looking, in a boy next door way. (not George Clooney, Leonardo)
so with limited conversation, they fall in love in a week. through walls, and in "pods", sight unseen. the men are more pathetic than the woman; not normal.. the conversations as shown are shallow- they don't know each others political views, religious, they all seemed to be, education, life style, career goals, education level. how can you say you fell in love without this. there is nothing compelling. do they all sign an agreement to "fall in love" with someone.
so after meeting, the guy proposes on the 1st meet. than they spend a week on a "honeymoon" - than 4 weeks to get to know each other, living in the same place. their choice about sex. so there are 7 couples out of about 12. one guy is bi-sexual- but only reveals this the 1st night on the getaway- she walks- it's a shock- he knew.
They do a wedding with expensive dresses - guests, and at the alter with the Revered, they reveal if they will marry. this is appalling-
didn't they ever discuss the problems, or the uncertainty. APPALLING
2 make ti - 4 cop out. scripted.
out of the 2, one man shouldn't have gotten married. there are unresolved problems. they had time to address it.
one with reservations, who held back, than changed her mind, than said no, had a crush on one of the other men, and couldn't settle. she "fell in love" before she saw him; than once she saw him, couldn't get over it.
one woman who doesnt work, or pay her debts, gets a wedding dress that needs 850 alterations. I would think the show picks up the dress and wedding costs. with wedding planners and staff. what wedding dress , average price is 3,000- 4,000, doesn't include alterations?. couldn't she find a dress that needs less work. this is a red flag for the "groom", as it is presented as he is paying.
so how many knew they didn't have to marry. were they paid? or just got lots of freebees-
