Maid watchseries. This was a terrific work. We see Alex and maddy just trying to soldier on and survive in a toxic environment, while trying to keep faith and never lose hope.

Brought tears to my eyes, well done.

This just kind of gut punches you while inspiring you at the same time. If I didn't know better, I would say Margaret Qualley was acting from experience. But it's heartbreaking knowing how much worse real life is, but cheers to Molly Smith Metzler for taking on the hard subject of Stephanie Land's memoirs. This is a subject that needs to be talked about.

If this woman doesn't get an Oscar for her role I don't know who will. Very emotionally charged. Sad and infuriating.

She's a great actress and very believable. I see hope In her eyes. Realistic portrayal of single parenthood. Sometimes things work and sometimes they don't. Domestic violence doesn't always mean you are hit and beat up. From the first scene of her watching him sleep.... I was totally in. Especially dizzy grandma.

This is so real it hurts. Absolutely marvelous and outstanding cast. To those who commented it's not good; you couldn't recognize good even if it hit you right in your face. Again, I highly recommend it to all adults and also Every teenager should watch this to learn what happens when stuff like in this show happens in real life..
