A genius strategist and people with different personalities and abilities fighting an extraordinary variable and engaging in an unprecedented hostage play.
A bad show, now in korean edition. It should have been an original story inspired by the events of the previous one, but it Just was like a hollywood generic remake without a soul.

I mean it is an exact copy of the season 1 of the original Money Heist. Denver laugh is also copied, so just one question what was the point of this remake.

Wow, what a disappointment. I'd eagerly waited for this show, hoping a Korean version would offer a new twist to the basic premise of the original show. For anyone who has seen the original show, there is absolutely nothing this version offers. In summary,
Pros:
1) Familiar faces: Negotiator (from Lost), professor (from Old boy), Berlin (from Squid Game), Tokyo (from Burning), and mint director (dungeon guy from Parasite)
2) South Korea, North Korea dynamics: The South and North set up created natural conflict and dynamics.
Cons:
EVERYTHING ELSE.
For non-Korean speaking audience, they won't catch the poorly executed regional accents. There are some cringe worthy acting and plot holes, which also plagued the original show. In conclusion, just a very lazy effort.

I have been waiting for this series to see how it gonna be but SADLY it's just a copy paste with no original idea. I know it's remake, or what you call. I expect there will be another division, another twist but apparently it's really copy down to the name: Rio, Tokyo, Denver, Nairobi etc etc which is so bad, I have so big expectations for this to be another side that connected but not the EXACTLY SAME with money heist. Honestly not really interesting.

The story is more rushed, the acting is way worse and the overall vibe is just off. I gave it a chance but this is a poor man's version. Trying to copy a masterpiece especially so recently rarely works out. If you haven't seen the original don't watch this go watch that. If you've seen the original you'll be bored of this before the first episode ends. HARD PASS.

Just a remake in korean.
Writer must have been, who cares lets just make it in korean ans get paid. Why put an effort.
Turned it off after 25 minutes.
This should have been a series that is inspired about the events of the first one. Then make a potential crossover.
But no. Why put the effort. Lets make a remake.
Netflix becoming hollywood.

Looks like B grade low budget remake trying to achieve Global fame. If you wanted to remake you just have to remake in Korean language only, why to remake in other languages,we already seen the original.

The first 10 minutes it was very intersting, a Joint Economic Area in 2025 between North Korea & South Korea, a very promising story to start a whole new tv show with.
But right after 15 minutes you find out it's only a copy paste from the original show.
Very disappointing.

I knew it was hard not to compare it with the original while watching it, and was ultra aware not to set too high an expectation . But the story is like a direct replicate of everything, just of lower budget. I'd rather choose to watch the original series again just for the much more beautiful actors and the originality. The same applies even if i were Korean, means i'd rather watch the original again with Korean dubbing.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I guess I am the only one here that has not seen the original. For someone that is watching this for the first time, I think it was a great drama. It was interesting starting off in Episode 1. I am a little disappointed that it was a little longer though. 6 episodes isn't just long enough.

It's not even copy and paste because it's worse.
"Mom, can we have Money Heist at home?"
"We already have Money Heist at home"
