Jedi Master Obi Wan Kenobi watches over young Luke Skywalker and evades the Empire's elite Jedi hunters during his exile on the desert planet Tatooine.
Watchseries; Bad acting, Even worse directing. The concept is ok, it would be interesting to watch Obi-Wan in those times, but the execution is very bad.
I dont know who did the casting but the acting is very bad. The only good acting is from Luke's uncle Owen, but he is far from being one of the main characters.
The action sequences are badly thought through and directed. There is a plot but it lacks details.
The decorations and setups are worse than in episodes 3-6. Which were shot in the past century...

Obi-Wan Kenobi watchseries. Been waiting this series since I was a child but the true is that once Disney bought Lucas films this universe has fallen apart, low budget production, no feelings of "Star Wars" the dialogues are awful, acting a total disaster only obi wan saves the show, this is sad.

Ewan McGregor was as usual top-notch, the jedi-hunt tension is on point, and there's a feeling of something sinister is about to happen further into the episodes. The visuals were great, good pacing, Leia being Leia was fun to watch, really liked the child actress. To top all that, the second episode ending scene!!! When Past draws him in, he needs to fight. Solid!
I can't believe people hating on a show just because it was made by Disney. I see a lot of 1 stars, for what? Blind hate is like an itch, these people can't help what they are. Most of 'em probably haven't even watched this yet.

Despite making so many crappy movies for the cinematic universe in the last 20 years, it's a solid adaptation for us big boys who get excited like babies when they see the "Lucasfilm" logo on the screen.
Ewan McGregor, who has blood ties to the original films, is a great actor.... And he believed in the project.

As above. That entire scene where they are plodding along like Laurel and Hardy trying to "chase" the kid was utterly embarrassing. A lot of the cast seem to pretty much not understand how to act either. Hoping the rest of the season bumps up this score.

Boy, princess Leigh is 7 and just a parkour champ
worst chase scene ever filmed except in 1950 cartoon where bugs slapsticks his way from Elmer Fudd.
