Watchseries; So this is another example of the need for better writers. If Hulk blod is so dangerous it needs to be destroyed, even when they are in human blod, wouldn't that mean She hulk should be locked up once a month ? As not only is blood a threat in case somebody gets it to make something out of, just being around it is enough to give you a lethal dose of radiation, there is no way she isn't triggering all radiation sites all the time, she would be a hassard to nuclear defense just walking around.
Not to mention if she ends up having sex with anyone they are going to get killed by cancer, so she would be committing a murder really.
And the blood just needs to touch you it seems, or did the writers for get a wound isn't a 2 way street for blood, as there is pressure pushing out of a wound to make sure as little as possible gets in, other blood even less so.
Then there is all this trouble with her being a mary sue, she can do it all in less time than a weekend last. So there is no journey or hardship involved in this, as she only got the up side of it all, there is a joke about woman having it easier than men right here I guess.
The jokes, if we call them that, was not that great and took to much of the time. The CGI was meh, the acting was fine but they really din't give them anything to really work with.

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law watchseries. Why does this show need low brow humor and the need to berate the other Marvel characters?. It's totally unnecessary and really shows the respect the writers have for those who laid the solid foundations for the MCU. Without them this show and plenty of the other Marvel TV shows wouldn't exist, go figure.
You can write a solid TV show without the above.
I watched this purely since my son who is a massive Hulk fan, wanted to see him in this show. After the first episode finished, I didn't have much to say since I couldn't engage with the main character, not to mention the poor CGI on her which makes the whole thing look cheap. I also despised the feminist tone the show took. My son has already made his mind up also, he wasn't bothered whether the saw the next episode.
I'm familiar with the character of She-Hulk so don't understand the need to change her origin story and turn this into basically a mouthpiece for the writers to self-project their insecurities.
The Marvel decline continues.

This is an honest review, but an actual focus group review thanks to Disney and Marvel for giving our group the opportunity to view these first 4 episodes.
First off, I don't think this show is intentionally bad. The characters are quirky and likeable, and there are good attempts of humor that might have landed if it didn't try so hard. There are also several moments of easter eggs and references that I found charming in an MCU product. The showrunners clearly had a goal of Aly Mcbeal meets super heroes then it takes a bizarre left turn in to degrading other super heroes.
The problem, however, is in the execution. The story is just messy. Jennifer just like appears in Bruce's life, for the past decade he's been this nomad type with no real personal attachment to any one (except Black Widow). Addressing the elephant in the room though the CGI of every character hurts a lot of feelings and very unnecessary. The actress Malia Arrayah got the most raw deal, so she is the foundation of the "she-hulk" design. But she's deep faked and altered instead of doing a Ferrigno and its hard to watch.

... if you can't invest the time and money necessary to do them right? This really should have been a high-budget movie if they ever wanted it to work. She-Hulk is a fine character (though probably not in this iteration inspired by the worst ever She-Hulk comic), which they decided to waste on a show... JUST BECAUSE, OKAY? Don't ask questions, just consume. As a movie this would have been far more interesting than the 21120th Thor or Antman movie, but it seems they've given up on making quality theatrical releases and just want to pump out as much tr*sh as possible. And if that means putting out something cheap and sleazy, they're not above it, apparently.
What a disaster. I can't believe anyone would want to take the huge success of Marvel's recent run and destroy its legacy in an almost intentional way with all these awful movies and shows.
She-Hulk is definitely the worst of what they've put out so far. It's ugly, it looks cheap, it's devoid of any heart and genuine substance... They took an interesting character like She-Hulk and wasted it in what appears to be some abysmal sitcom. Marvel stuff was already too funny for its own good, to the point that people have been complaining. Why they decided to ignore this and instead put the unintelligent comedy into high gear is anyone's guess. Can they actually be this detached and clueless? Apparently so.
Anyway, don't watch this. Firstly, don't watch it because it's truly, unforgivably bad. Secondly, don't watch it because current Marvel does not deserve your support.
If they actually wanted to please female fans and do right by their female characters, they'd give Wanda a standalone movie and the respect she deserves, which is something we actually want... This is just condescending - feels like some stupid teenage comedy from 20 years ago with "feminist" boomer commentary sprinkled in. That they decided to make the cheap comedy all about feminism and women I can only imagine is Marvel trying to communicate exactly how highly they think of their female fans.
Just stop. Give us a Wanda movie. Stop with the cringy comedies. Stop pumping out trash nobody wants to like with uncanny CGI that would've been unacceptable in 2003. Please, it's so easy.

I actually thought the first episode was entertaining.
The CGI is not the best but it's not offensive to my senses. It's for tv so I don't expect cinema graphics. The show was funny in places (love the yoga joke by the way) and explained straight away what was going on. The casting was excellent and the acting pretty good and although how she gets her powers is changed from comic book version... it's fine, the story so far is fine. Again not worth getting upset about.
HOWEVER... the downfall so far in this, as is happening in nearly every single film and tv series is the politics behind the screen. I don't care what you believe in behind the screen. I really don't. "You do you" as they say. Could it not be thrust into everything. Please?! Star Wars, MCU, ghostbusters, etc. All being ruined because personal politics behind the screen. If those things are important to you... great... but please chose another platform or show that is more serious so I know I'm signing up to watch that. Give me the choice.
This episode so far is not bad but every time a comment has to be thrown in here and there that reminds you "women better than men" "women have it worse than men" "women stronger than men". It just makes you cringe. It's like having a nice time somewhere then every few minutes being reminded of how much it's going to cost you. It kills the buzz you get. Don't get me wrong the lead is a woman so I get that more female issues and scenarios will come up. That's fine. Some female empowerment is ok too. But not at the cost of making it the underlining message of everything. And stamping on or downgrading other people to do it or ruining books, stories, films, series etc in existence we already love. Let's put it this way... you wouldn't like if and when it's been done to you. So be the bigger woman and lead by example.
If you want to have that conversation about issues and politics... cool... could we do it somewhere else though? Please. Stop destroying one thing left that makes... sorry, made, people happy in a dismal world.
It's ok to be different. It's ok to be a woman. It's ok for me to be a white male. Guess what... not all historical problems and recent unfair issues are my fault. I'm not a sexist racist phobic anything. I just finished work and wanted to sit down for 30 minutes and watch a good old fashioned MCU/Disney nice funny action tv series that is family friendly.
Let me put this simple because I'm so tired of this it makes me want to destroy the TV set - women are not better than men. Men are not better than women. Guess what... they're equal but have different strengths and that changes in a case by case basis. That's alright!!!

I can't get into this show, I just watched the first episode and it's not cool at all, too much CGI and slow motion. I more than likely won't be watching the rest.
