Watchseries; This series is such a "feel good" show. It talks about some harsh realities in such a thoughtful way and I absolutely love how it is such a diverse cast. I Binged this in one day and I really hope they can continue it!

The Baby-Sitters Club watchseries. I love that they used actual teens for this! I loved the books as a kid and just so happy about this.

I thought this was a good show for all ages. I love how they all stood up for each other. I liked Alicia Silverstone in this.

This show was better than expected. I thought it was going to be some watered down version of the original but overall I think they did a great job with this show. I binge watched it really fast.

Because kids of today won't get it ! This show is for fans of the Baby-Sitters club original series. It's so much better than the 1999s series and I'm hoping this show will last !

As someone whose adolescence was colored by the world of The Baby-Sitters Club, I couldn't agree more. Watching the show felt like taking a step back in time, or catching up with old friends. It's the same comfort as rereading an old diary, or flipping through a dusty photo album: you remember things you thought you'd forgotten; you rediscover pieces of yourself you might have otherwise lost.
Haley also appreciated the ability to seemingly time-travel, calling the series "a much-needed escape." The 25-year-old is currently living in Florida, where coronavirus cases continue to surge. "As things continue to get worse here, I would love to spend more time with my favorite babysitters."
Similarly, Amma has found a connection not only with the show itself but other viewers. Ahead of the Netflix release, she created a group of online watch parties to share in the nostalgia with others. "In a moment where I'm currently sheltering alone, online gatherings have been a lifeline for lessening my loneliness," she says. "To get to do so with a show that's so inherently comforting has been additionally heartwarming."
The original BSC generation may be all grown up now, but there's no doubt that these stories are still part of our lives. Kristy, Claudia, Mary Anne, Stacey, and Dawn were never merely characters on a page (or a screen) - they were as real as our best friends, and they were just like us, too. And even now, long after we closed those paperback books for the last time, years after our own days in middle school, we still sometimes need to hear the words: This meeting of The Baby-Sitters Club is now in session.
