Watchseries; Are a reminder that the agent is right. Always looking to find a flaw in a black lead. If Hollywood would do it more often, maybe she would get the Morena treatment. It just got started and had not the chance to get footing and wham.

The Endgame watchseries. You aren't missing out on anything if you skip past this. I wasn't interested in the show first time I heard of it but I've been getting bombarded with trailers and promotions for it for weeks now so I wanted to see what the fuss was all about and there's really nothing to see here. It has a "blacklist" homage with a female lead for both the criminal and agent, but it's nowhere near as good, just cliche and cringe. I almost dislike it as much as those NCIS CSI cop shows and all this just from one episode released. If those shows are more to your taste, then go ahead you might find this interesting but otherwise it's just a Blacklist rip-off.

I'm not sure why the low reviews that seem to be based on similarity to The Blacklist. I see the comparison but I thought this was different and intriguing. Great cast, pro production, potentially exciting story... and all stories are derivative if you've seen a similar idea, so no points off for that. Morena is always excellent but the role of the queen really seems to fit her. I'm in.

With the current reality invasion of Ukraine and more to come, clearly, by Russia eventually, I can't bear to watch this crap where Belarus played proxy ally for Putin to commit such global monstrosity. I know its just fiction but sorry, anything tied to Russia now gets sanctioned, even if it's just a review. Too soon, not! Checkmate.

Ok so let's start by saying they have a great cast to work with, a few of my favorites, the plot is very recycled from things like "the blacklist". But that's ok we're used to dealing with recycled storylines. Now the bad, even though the plot was good, the commentary was horrible, it sounds completely bland, there's no chemistry, no riffing. It's just plain bad. Please get someone who understands what smart, and competent riffing is suppose to sound like. I mean it's only a show where they're trying to establish a relationship between a cop and a criminal.
This show will be cancelled sooner rather than later if they don't get a real script writer. That will be the difference between success and failure, and it would be a shame, because they have such a wonderful cast to work with, don't waste it on some 2 cent hack who doesn't know how to have proper interesting conversations.
6/10, potential is there, the script is trash though, get a rewrite or this show will be written off.

Not very likely to come to the same standing positions of the best seasons of a 24 but it has the potential of becoming the next (The) Blacklist and gain a good following if it improves and sticks to landing as the season progresses. What makes really makes the series are the performances of Morena Baccarin and Ryan Michelle Bathe who are both excellent and their chemistry very intense and entertaining to watch on screen. What I believe would help the show going forward is managing tone, the premiere went one way - dark and serious, and in the other - a bit more tongue in cheek. The imbalance doesn't hurt the program, but it's there and could be handled better.
NBC has got to be careful with this one, they've dropped the ball on too many promising series to name.
