Watchseries; The comedy is dark, irreverent, gross, grim, cavalier, dismissive, malicious and LOL outrageous with intermissions of debauchery, cruelty and deception - in a nothing personal lighthearted ironic kind of way. The Zeitgeist of the day will occasionally sneak in a snarky phrase of today's dare I say memes. This show will be up for best in many categories (costume, set, screen play, editing, direction)

The Great watchseries. This is most. I am set back even. Love this new story telling. Elle. All the cast!. Thank you. have a good corona free summer ;-).
Underneath the silliness, it is quite smart. Great acting as well. Check it out for a fun time. :)
There better be a season two on the way, because this has been one of the most entertaining series I have seen in years. Very well written and the acting is some of the best I've seen on any tv series.
I wasn't sure I would like it at first, but so glad I continued to watch. Some of the best acting from the entire cast that I've ever seen. I wonder how many takes they had to do, as quite a few scenes had me literally laughing out loud! The script was written so well, sudden, unexpected bursts of vulgarity in the midst of speaking so eloquently..😂. This show is something new and different. It has inspired me so much, that I am actually taking the time to write about it....and I watch a lot of TV!!!
Quirky humour, great acting, certainly not trying to be historically accurate! Possibly the humour isn't slapstick enough for the initial reviewers. It's definitely worth the watch.
