Gay lawyer Will and straight interior designer Grace share a New York City apartment. Their best friends are gleeful and proud gay Jack and charismatic, filthy rich, amoral socialite Karen.
Watchseries; Episode 1 was proof of lazy writers. It's easy to imagine the cast as being out of work actors rehashing the good ol' times with scripts found in their closets. Those times are gone.
They found more than one script in the closet. Episode 2 was more of the first eight seasons with old, tired and unevolved characters played by actors using the postal service.
I wanted so much to love Will & Grace, but it's become won't and graceless. That's an awful pun, but better than the show.
Sadly, this show has proved you can't go home.

Will and Grace watchseries. I loved this show years ago when i watched it . funny-original -witty.
NO MORE . now , it is biased heavily by political influence , and you can guess which political side is bashing .
since the new election of president, many tv shows now that were not involved in politics, now have surfaced to show their opinions in the story line .
i guess we need to be reminded , that immigration is the focus of all lives and we cannot live without it . blindspot, taken , and many others .
also the political correctness that can kill a show rapidly , like once upon at times .
it is true that the legend of king arthur was black and cinderella was latino. and i am zapatero in this case .
hollywood , your message does not do nothing to the educated and not . it is annoying , and i propose to anyone who sees through that to cut any show of their list of viewing pleasure to show them, we will not be manipulated .
anyway , i say it again , WE JUST WANT PLAIN ENTERTAINMENT

I remember when this show came out. It was different with chemistry between the actors. Over time it got a little over the top with it's Gay characters hitting every stereotype to the max. Naturally the show came to an end after extinguishing every plot line imaginable for a 22 min sitcom. And that was okay.
But Now 11 years later they bring it back, only to wish away the last 11 years. Did they freshen it up? NOPE they just went into a tailspin of Trump bashing one liners. To the point you can't even call then jokes. Just "drive by" Gay Stereotypes and overdone president bashing.
If you were a fan before, re-watch the old episodes. And if you the Other half of the country tell the producers how much you don't care for their political "humor" by taking your business elsewhere.

This is a shame. It's like going to a friends second wedding and you were at her first wedding. Where she came down the aisle in a big white dress and veil and was beautiful. Cut to twenty years later. And a new man, and damned if she doesn't come down the aisle in the same dress. Only this time her face is 20 years older. And she's put on 30 pounds and the dress doesn't fit well, the whole thing is awkward and in poor taste. Hard to watch,
That's what's happening with this show. They had a good run. None of them were ever able to make it big anywhere else. They are as marketable as the cast from Gillian's island. Nope.
And they are back trying to wear the same dress down the aisle.
Will is still Boring. And even Will knows it.
Karen's Razzle and Dazzle is dull.
Jack cannot carry the Schtick anymore.
And the Worst of it is Debra Messing, the Networks threw opportunities at her...a series even...when they ended the show the first time. All of the tanked. No bueno.
Now she's back and it's like she's doing an impersonation of Grace and also overplaying her "Lucy" faces and mannerisms.
Went and saw a movie recently, called 'Searching'. Liked the premise and script and cast and basically everything except for messing's role as a detective. It RUINED the movie.
She's a terrible actress.
Put this show to rest. Because, Good Gawd, HERE COMES THE BRIDE....It's awkward, hard to watch and in poor taste.

Being a HUGH fan of the original series, I had high hopes for the new episodes. Unfortunately I am VERY disappointed! Instead of growing the characters personalities, it's like warmed up leftovers of the original. I looked forward to Will and possibly Jack being in relationships and still being great friends. Instead I got the same OLD plots, actions and relationships. I feel it is a lost opportunity that could have showed how real gay men in committed relationships act and interrelate. Now it's just sad.

It's a shame that NBC decided to reboot this creative, beloved, and innovative show for the purpose of airing every political woe currently occurring in the U.S. Back in its heyday visiting such hot button topics as gay rights was relevant, and watching the characters find their way through the sometimes uncertain landscape of daily life was touching and highly entertaining, but never forced. Fast forward almost two decades and the characters now seem to exist to address every major headline touted by CNN or Fox. I miss the natural flow of the show in which the characters found themselves working through situations, rather than situations finding the characters. Megan is sharper than ever as Karen (whose character really hasn't changed, and why would she?), Eric has matured Will a bit without making him staid, while Debra and Sean's characters have not matured and at this point in their lives, it's a bit odd to see some of the antics of nearly two decades past unchanged (is Jack going to prance into a room forever?). I have a very happy memory of seeing an episode of this show taped (from season 4), and will never forget these classic episodes. Sadly, I won't be watching the reboot episodes.
